What is "Keep me logged in"?

If you tick the optional "Keep me logged in" box, then the Support Web site will log you in automatically when you return to it from the same browser.

This feature requires you to accept a cookie which your browser will remember for two months from your last visit to the site. The cookie can be deleted at any time simply by logging out with the "Cancel Login" button.

You should only use this feature from a browser which is not accessed by others. In particular, you should not use it from an Internet Cafe, Public Library or similar establishment.
